heyaxa.com is pleased to offer you faster delivery service through FedEx. We use FedEx Ground for shipments, with upgraded options available upon request.

heyaxa.com will process your order immediately after it has been placed. Brands that are carried in our warehouse are guaranteed to ship out the same day. All other brands will ship out in the allotted time specified on the product page itself. Some items are made to order and can take longer to ship.

Shipping Times

Free Shipping • Standard Shipping (3-7 business days (Mon-Fri)). If your situation does not allow ground shipping, please email us and we can provide upgrades and express shipping to ensure your package arrives on time.

Depending on the size of your order and your desired shipping destination, we will contact you with any shipping issues. Some orders scheduled to ship to remote areas may not be delivered or may incur additional charges. In either case, we will contact you personally to ensure that your experience with HEYAXA is as satisfactory as possible.

Address Change

Please confirm that your shipping address is correct in your order confirmation, if you need to change your shipping address, please email customer service immediately. If you wish to change your shipping address after your order has shipped, you will be charged for rescheduling your package. This fee will vary from order to order, depending on where the package is being shipped and the desired location. Please double-check the address on your order confirmation to avoid paying this fee.

Delayed or Refused Delivery

FedEx will make three attempts to deliver your package to your residence or destination. If no one is there to pick up the package, FedEx will leave a notice stating what they have tried, the time of their next attempt, and their contact information. If you wish to leave the package at your door, you can leave a signed notice giving FedEx permission to leave the package outside your door without a signature. After three failed delivery attempts by FedEx, the package will be sent back to HEYAXA. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the full FedEx estimated shipping cost for the reshipment. For refused deliveries, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the credit for the returned item.


Although rare, shipping damage does happen. If your product is damaged during shipping, please contact HEYAXA immediately. We will work with you to identify and replace damaged items and will file a claim directly with the shipping company. We will reship damaged items free of charge. Additionally, we will process the reshipments of items immediately, but we cannot expedite reshipments.


If you are not satisfied with any purchase, simply send it back to us and we will credit the purchase amount minus our original shipping cost. You can return anything you are not satisfied with, for whatever reason. Please see our returns page for details.
